We offer cutting edge technology with our fully automated PC-based collections software. Our system automates the entire collections process, from entering new clients and accounts to financial statements. Other productivity features include pull down menus, on-line report viewer, Y2K compliance and detailed work queues that enable assignment by balance, client, language and delinquency.
This software allows our management to have complete control with real time access and convenience. We are able to monitor collector performance on-line with such statistics as number of accounts worked, average time per account, number of payment arrangements and number of letters requested.
We also offer on-line credit bureau and skip tracing reports as well as internet access and a skip tracing network that has been developed over the past 12 years.
We integrate our technology with our daily collection process to maximize our efficiency. This must remain an ongoing process so that we may continue to remain on the cutting edge.
Telephones
Obviously our telephones are our most important tool in collecting your money. It is for this reason that we offer second generation caller ID. This enables us to pass the caller ID information to an account manager even when the call must be transferred. We are also able to "trap" telephone numbers in sequence and match them with the appropriate voice mail message for calls received during the night, lunch, etc...
